Card Creating Sunday

Welcome to Card Creating Sunday

It's Card Creating Sunday in My Cricut Craft Room so please be sure to visit Erica's Blog to check out all of the creations made by her design team.

Today I'm sharing my first project using my new Expression 2! So far I'm really enjoying this new machine.

Wobble Card
I loved the image of the boot that is on the E2's preinstalled cartridge Cricut Alphabet and it was perfect for the card I wanted to make for my granddaughter.  She is going to be in a rodeo the end of this month and I wanted to show my support.
Boot ~ Cricut Alphabet - Cut @ 4"
I ran the top layer through the Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots folder to look like Ostrich.
This was my first attempt to make a wobble card and was pleased to find out how easy it is to do.
I just wrapped some wire around my zig glue a couple of times and cut it off with wire clippers and attatched to boot and card with tape. I wish you could see it wobble or in this case 'kick'!

I used kraft paper for the card using the Art Philosophy Cartridge #25. The shape of this card was perfect for my wobbling boot.
<Star3> pg. 45 ~ Art Philosophy - Cut 1.08-1.47
Label~ Art Philsophy - Cut 3.30-1.35
I used Pink By Design's stamp from the  Rock On Stamp Set for 'Kick up your heels!'

This is the inside.
I used A Child's Year cartridge for the font cut at 0.65-1.00

I'm hoping my card of encouragement brings a good outcome for Jayde and Honey!

Best of Luck to a Great Team!

Thanks for stopping by
and

Happy Crafting!
