Maggie Girl

Happy Friday everyone!

I couldn't help myself...the Unity crew is having so much fun with the Friends with Flair Time I decided to join in! (if you haven't you should too!)
I've been having a blast playing with Maggie Girl {it's your birthday} created by Angie Blom.

The owner of my LSS loved her birthday card I gave her during our Project Life class. I stamped the girl and the sentiment and scanned them then opened them up with my Silhouette DE. Next I traced the girl and did an offset with the sentiment and did a print and cut.

My next project with Maggie was for my granddaughter Jayde.

I wanted to do something special for her 21st birthday so I specialized a water bottle and bag and this is how it turned out!

Have a great weekend!

Fun Was Had Here

While browsing around I came across a layout sketch and color inspiration shown in the Unity (be inspired) Challenge created by Joslyn Nielson. I was indeed inspired by both!
It was perfect for a Valentine pic of my grandson Landon at his first school dance.

I used this sketch to be used loosely to create my layout.

This was the color inspiration for the challenge. I just LOVE the combination!

This is my layout and I was pleased to complete it with just the few Unity Stamp sets that I have. I recently subscribed to the Unity Stamp Company monthly Smak Kit and I'm sooo glad I did!
I chose the Smak Kit primarily for my Project Life projects but as you can see they are going to work beautifully for layouts and even cards!

The stamp sets used in this project are:
December 2012 Smak Kit
January 2013 Smak Kit
February 2013 Smak Kit

My grandson Landon is on the right and it is evident he is going to follow in his big brothers footsteps...he is not timid at all!

Thanks for your thoughts and comments and
Happy Crafting!
